The British Red Cross together with Syrian artist, Ibrahim Fakhri, have created an art installation to commemorate 4 years since the start of the Syrian conflict. The installation ‘No-one home’ featured 1461 milk bottles, one for every day since the start of the Syrian conflict. Another milk bottle was added every day of the exhibition as the crisis continues into its fifth year.

Joining them is Emily Lamb whose work has been shown in numerous exhibitions in the UK and abroad and with two sell out solo exhibitions at the prestigious Rountree Tryon gallery in London.
Fifty percent of sales will support the animals they love through the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation.

To mark the launch of their hard-hitting new advertising campaign #whatnormalfeelslike, breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! opened their exciting new Pop-Up shop here at Truman Brewery.
The Pop-Up exhibited original imagery from the campaign, which featured seven bare-chested women, each body painted with the word that best describes how their boobs feel to them. Shot by British photographer Rankin and using words such as ‘squidgy’, ‘spongy’ and ‘bobbly’, the campaign calls on women to reclaim the vocabulary surrounding breasts and learn #whatnormalfeelslike for them.

Last weekend Dray Walk Gallery and The Loading Bay were taken over by some of the UK's brightest talent for the Girl Effect Live Festival.
Across the themes of identity, safety and opportunity, the festival raised awareness among the public of key issues and efforts to be made to end child marriage and female genital mutilation.
"Throughout the day, the girl effect was celebrated in true London style with creative workshops, amazing entertainment and stellar performances from female comedians, street artists and spoken-word poets. Dizraeli, Megan Beech, Wah Nails, Punchdrunk Entertainment, Ava Vidal, BaddaBoomTee and many more took part and showed their support."

adidas Originals took over Ely's Yard at The Old Truman Brewery, for the British launch of the Stan Smith. To celebrate the launch in style, adidas Originals erected a giant Stan Smith shoe box and decked out the walls of the all-white interior with the classic shoe. In addition to perusing the re-released the shoe, attendees also got a chance to create their own personalized version of the iconic Stan Smith logo.
