Cafe 1001 is a combined cafe, hi-fi audio bar, and cocktail lounge. The venue serves up fresh brunches and pastries daily, and by evening, enjoy an artisan pizza, cooked fresh on site in a beautiful wood-fired oven, and sip on a bespoke cocktail all whilst sound tracked by some of the city's best vinyl led selectors. The venue is kitted out with an expert sound system engineered by Friendly Fires, and a bespoke DJ booth designed and built by Don Heston. Open daily, the space is available for music led public events & private hires.

Cafe 1001 is located in the middle of Brick Lane, and is one of the Truman Brewery’s most prominent venues.

ACCESS

Cafe 1001 has load in access via Brick Lane itself, the Truman Brewery car park, and the loading bay which is accessible from the Hanbury Street entrance to the Truman Brewery. The venue has disability access options, and disabled toilets on the ground

SERVICES

The venue has one disabled toilet on the ground floor, and one set of M&F toilets in the loft. The space offers catering, and is suitable for brand activations, DJ events, corporate away days, supper clubs, and parties.

LIGHTING

The venue offers varied lighting, with spotlights and dimmable ceiling lights. The lights on the DJ booth run on a remote controlled rainbow gradient. In the daytime, the venue has lots of natural light due to its loft space and warehouse style interiors.
