F Block Second Floor totals 31,000sqft of interconnecting former warehouse space, characterised by a mix of features - heavy industrial piping, ceramic wall tiles, exposed and distressed bricks, and raw concrete floors, all showered with natural light via skylights and warehouse windows. The stock of spaces are primed to host exhibitions, trade shows, filming and photo shoots, product launches and brand focussed events, and can be combined with the event spaces on the floors below to form the ultimate creative event destination in London.

F Block Second Floor spans Brick Lane, Hanbury Street, Ely’s Yard and Dray Walk. In one of London’s most vibrant and energetic areas, known throughout London, the iconic Truman chimney and ever-active Estate is frequented by media, creative, fashion and tech industry denizens. The area attracts many thousands of visitors to the bustling work spaces, themed events, weekend markets, eye-popping street art, boutiques, cafes and rich diversity of restaurants.

Guess access is available via shared entrances.
S2 has an entrance via 85 Brick Lane.
S4 has an entrance from Ely's Yard.
Direct lift access is available in S3.
