This forgotten and derelict shell of an industrial building has been overrun by graffiti and time. A Block is exclusivley available for filming and photography and benefits from a wide range of backgrounds, textures and authentic detail. Additionally, the location can support smaller unit bases.

This location is situated at 47 Grey Eagle Street on the juction of Calvin Street.

A Block is serviced by a large roller shutter for vehicle access, and a single door on Grey Eagle Street.
