G1+G5 combines to create over 12,000sq ft of versatile space with a glass frontage that opens onto bustling Ely’s Yard, ensuring high visibility and footfall. This combination can function as a standalone space or as a gateway to the wider Events Building – F Block, connecting to over 100,000sqft of space across multiple floors.
LOCATION

G1 is located on the west side of the Truman Brewery Estate, on the ground floor of F Block Events Building, bounded by Brick Lane, Hanbury Street and Ely's Yard. The area attracts many thousands of visitors to the bustling workspaces, themed events, weekend markets, eye-popping street art, boutiques, cafes and rich diversity of restaurants

ACCESS

Guest access is via Ely’s Yard. Loading access is through Ely’s Yard.

SERVICES

Water supply is available, subject to prior consent. G1 is serviced by a glass front that opens wide to accommodate some vehicular access. G5 has 4 male toilets and urinals, and 6 female toilets.

COMMS

Our dedicated on-site service provider, TruTec Services, can provide all of your I.T. requirements: wifi, networking, telephony.

POWER

G1: Twin 13amp sockets throughout, 4 x 63amp 3phase C Form socket. G5: 63amp 3phase and 13amp sockets.

The Truman Brewery has probably the most central Spitalfields and Brick Lane location, and is easily reached by bus, rail, tube or on foot.
